Is nambardari goes from father to son or it can be challenged.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Nambardari can be either a Gift, Nomination or Will. If it is registered as a gift, the donor can revoke it anytime during his / her lifetime. If it is a Nomination or Will, it will take effect after the demise of the originator and can be challenged or contested by the legal heirs.
