Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My neighbors recently constructed G+3 building in residential area and constructed commercial shop and they let it out for rent but the shop is creating all neusense people are walking in and buying teas and cigarettes and the entire smoke is getting in my house, went and spoke to shop owner and the building owner nothing is happening please advice me what shall I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,

The neighbors may have let out the shop for a hukka parlour serving herbal or lemon tea. What you can do is to request the neigbours to build a glass cabin room with an exhaust duct in half the area on the inner side of the shop, so that all smokers who wish to smoke can accommodate themselves inside the closed glass cabin room and smoke. Those sitting in the outer side of the shop in open air can only eat and sip herbal or lemon tea so that there is no question of any smoke rising up to your house on the first floor.
