Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
The neighbour next to our own house is causing noise pollution by having speakers next to our house and is creating nuisance in the name of worshiping jesus. We residents are unable to bear this nuisance, because it is really irritating an is causing mental pressure on us.There are old age people in the house and without knowing the effect of this they are creating such a nuisance on us. We have given lots of complaints on them , but still they are not listening after lots of police complaints. is there any way to stop their uncouth behaviour..

You can approach the Magistrate Court, in case Police does not take action on your complaint.
