Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi, Our neighbour upstairs are nuisance. There is water issue here, instead of requesting owner or talk to water authorities they pick up fight purposely. The couples are young people but in my house we are family of 3 members my parents are senior citizens and are patients. These people are creating so much nuisance and i am a software engineer and have work all the time. I am afraid they cause harm to my parents when i am not there. What should i do so that they wont trouble us? Please help with legal suggestions. These people are pain in the neck for 10 yrs already and we had enough.

1) Lodge FIR for creating nuisance and ur apprehensions of life threat to ur aged parents.
