Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My neighbour has ways to his land but he is not opting for it and asking way from me through SDM court...The SDM court decided against him but he has appealed for it in RAA court...where im likely to loose because I forgot to mention a fact of having a wall on the boundary...The RAA decision is to come after the behes..IS there any way I can introduce this fact now???

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, if the case is still open, you may file an Addendum to the Writ Petition mentioning the relevant clause reference and the matter that you wish the Judge hearing the case should take into consideration in your plea.

You can file an application for amendment and introduce the fact.
