Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Whenever any notice is sent, earlier, it was sent by Registered A/D Post as well as U.P.C. The receipt of Registered letter only bears only one line of address or two line address, but hardly full address. Earlier, it was proved by showing the receipt of U.P.C., which bears the full address of sendee. But now a days, U.P.C. was closed by the Post Office.

Now my First question is how to prove that the notice is sent on correct address. The sign on acknowledgement is not of the sendee, but someone else, The registered letter receipt does not bear full address of sendee and second question is what a sender should do at the time of sending registered letter to get full address of sendee, as the employee of post office says the computer does not take full address i.e. there is not enough place in computer to write full address. Third one, whether there is another mode of U.P.c. as this scheme has been closed.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The main contents of the addressee in brief is always written on the Registered AD slip. The signature need not specifically be of the sendee, an acknowledgement of the receiver is sufficient evidence by law. There is nothing you can do to instruct the Post Office what they should write in the address line. Except Registered AD, there is no other alternative to UPC.
