I occubuy housing board land and bulid house before ten years.but i dont know that land is already take housing board pl give legal advice

Dear Sir / Madam,
You still remain the Owner of the house built by you, despite the title of the land belonging to the Housing Board. Should the Housing Board require you to vacate the house, the Housing Board will have to arrange for giving you an alternate house on ownership with the title of the house in your name and incur all the related costs thereto, else compensate and pay you the actual prevailing market price of property in the location.
