Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

On31march releaving letter was sent to vice principal apc school pratapgarh without any prior noticeit was shocking because I was working in the school since 2008 without any written contract what legal aid I can get

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you were sincere in fulfilling all the duties and responsibilities assigned to you in the school since 2008, you would not be in such a situation. "Aisee naubat nahee aatee". You should ask the Vice Principal for a copy of the relieving letter and immediately fetch yourself another job. Next time around, don't join unless and until you obtain a proper appointment letter after your selection.
