Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My opponent in the court is trying to prove that his shop building is old one which is actually just 6 or 7 years old. Because I have been given the right to build a shop on its first floor only when he demolishes the old and constructs the new which he has already done . By doing this he is planning to stop meconstructing the first floor. how do I prove it now

The approved layout plans with the concerned Department of the Municipality will reveal the exact date of construction of the building.
