Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
The original suit filed in 2011 the suit filed person expired without showing any legalheir.an adopted document in 2012 by expired person as shown above now entering as a son with the fraud document and fiied an IA to continue the case.then counter has filed by me.in that counter i mentioned all their fraudulent documents which was created in 2012 to grab my property please advice me approximately how many days will the suit get to disposed.
