Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If Pagdi Premises which is on my grandfather name and he is Expired. and yet not transferred on our name. which means i am residing in premises but
yet not Tenant.
if now i give premises for sub let. then on which ground
landloard can file a sue against us. as yet he had not made us Tenant.
Can he File an Sue then on whose name?
as Original Tenant is Expired. and we are not yet his tenant
