Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
In Pakistan, if the disceased has left no will and has seven children. Children being Christains and he being Buddhist. He has given properties to the children but no written transfer. How would the Children get the Succession Certificate and declaration if one of the sibling is being selfish to take the share of the others?

The property of the deceased person shall b divided according the religious Laws of Budhhist religion.There is no bar on the children due to change of religion and if one of them occupied the share of other's then they have the right to file a case in the court for succession certificate after obtaining the death certificate of deceased father and birth certificate of that applicant person from their Union Counsel or Municipal Committee along with the property record of deceased person.For more detail and discussion you may contact me on cell no. 0333-6681494
