some part of land is given to me by grand-mother with registry, my uncle loged case to my grand -mother and me that i took the land forcefully and paid money to my grand-mother for the above land. who is going to get the degree?

The lawyers have to go through all the documents in this case however joint and ancestral property cannot be sold by co sharers

Dear Sir / Madam,
The onus is on your uncle to prove that you forcefully took the land from your grandmother. You should request your grandmother to testify the actual facts that she has given you part of the land of her own free consent and will in the Court.
