Your friend owes a contractual performance obligation to the party who has transferred the money to your A/c. I hope you have taken a receipt from your friend for the money you have given him as proof that you have not retained or used the money yourself. Give your friend 3 days to resolve the matter with the party, failing which you should report the matter to the Police.
but sir i have not taken the receipt i paid him through my brother while i was at my village my brother have not taken receipt

Dear Sir / Madam,
You are now playing "Cat and mouse" games and pushing it onto your brother on the pretext that you were in your village and your brother has paid it to your friend. Then your brother should have the receipt as proof of payment. To put it plainly, if you are not able to prove that you paid the money to your friend, you are liable to the Company to pay the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- demanded by the Company.
Regards,
