Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have a paternal plot in Utter pradesh, We have one renter.
We have all legal documents of house but didn't have rent agreement & the rent person living from last 2 years.
Now he is not leaving the house. what can I do if I need it fast.
Court case will take more time & the rent person is saying if anyone ask me to leave I will shoot him.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should simply lodge a Police complaint for "illegal and unauthorized trespassing" into your plot and let the Police take the necessary appropriate action. Please re-post query if there is no Police action within 7 days of your lodging the FIR in the local Police station.
