Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have taken a persnal loan of rs144000 from hdfc bank 2009.but last two years i can't pay their emi due to some finance problem.now bank say my parents if you are not repaid fully payment bank taken legal action against me.but sir i could not able arrange their fully amount till now.but i say bank manager i will repay ur loan monthly installlment again they refused my request. pls tell me what can i do ?
is any procedure in indian law protect me before issuing arressted warranet against me?
