Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
Person A was charged for attempt to murder 307 for shooting person B. B got 2 bullets in leg and wound is healed now and person is alive and fine. Actually Person B was going to kill A and then in defence person A shooted to B in A's agriculture farm.
My question is what kind of punishment person A will be charged or not?
is there any possibility of bail?

in case A can prove that he shot him in personal defence, he may get the benefit of exceptions. where is the case pending?
