Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
a person took 4 cheques of 6,25,000 each from me focebily and i dont have any liability with him and also i dont signed any document with him i alredy made a stop payment and send him a prior notice so am i liable to pay and is it attract 138 ni if yes how can i get out of it
