Dear Sir / Madam,
The legal heirs of the deceased step into his shoes and proceed with the Joint Development Agreement (JDA) and issue a fresh General Power of Attorney (GPA) to the Developers so that there are no hindrances in the project.

The GPA becomes inoperative after death of the executant. The legal heirs may be bound by the JDA and claim their rights under the same.
