Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
there is person who has no legal heir or relative and during his life time he give his shop to a person known to him by way of a registered will.is that person becomes owner after the death of executor of that will.

every "Will" is effective to the 1/3 of whole and remaining 2/3 will be obtained by state if that deceased person have no blood relation or heir.For more detail you may call 0306-7861164

Will is effective to the extent of 1/3 share if it relates complete shres then will is not valid document.
But as per your statements there is no relative so who will challenge.
