Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
a person is making a statement that he is a Power of Attorney Holder & Power of Attorney is duly Notarized. The said Power of Attorney Holder on the basis of the said Power of Attorney sold the property and the copy of the said Power of Attorney not attached with the sale deed. i would like to know whether it is necessary or not to attach the copy of the power of attorney along with the sale deed.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Property sale and purchase transactions are always entered into and signed with the original Owners directly, and not through Power of Attorney. YES, it is necessary to attach the copy of the Power of Attorney with the Sale Deed to authenticate it.
