Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have the Sale Deed for purchase of the ground floor, the other person who has purchased the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor cannot say that the ground floor belongs to him and that your purchase is false. You should show him copies of the registration of the ground floor in your name in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar and ask him / her to go and fight it out with the Tehsildar to prove his / her claim.
Regards,
