Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
One person has 3 sons and now relation with one son has worse. if the person wants to give his properties which are earned by his own to only 2 sons.. then the son who has worse relation with father is eligible for getting the properties or not? is there any way to get the property if the father given all the properties to only 2 sons.

If the property is ancestral, father has to give that sons share.
