Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Plaintiff 1, 2 and 3 (Female children) filed a case against their parents property with Defendants(Male children). This case was filed according to 2005 amendment act. All the documents are produced inside the court in the name like Plaintiff 1 and 2 others(Plaintiff 2 & 3)
Now in trial we found plaintiff 1 had a secret dealing with defendants and answered not in favor of plaintiff 2 and 3. This is 100% genuine case where all children should get equal share on their parents property. Now how to save the plaintiffs 2 and 3 rights in the court.Since the plaintiff 1 was attending the trial, Judge said one person trial is enough and plaintiffs 2 and 3 trial is not needed. How to handle this situation?
