Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we are planning to sell our independent house consists of 3 bhk, to be shared b/w three brothers, where as absolute owners are two elder brothers, the youngest was supervising while house was built, but does not contribute to EMI nor the property is in his name,but he still wants equal share, how to divide the sale proceeds in what ratio the sale proceeds be dealt with,since he has contributed by putting material roughly around 1.5 lakhs in between, as a eldest i dont want to hurt anybody feeling,pls advice

Dear Sir,
Although your yougest brother may have contributed meagerly towards the initial fund for construction, he must have toiled hard coordinating the entire construction process with the contractors, material suppliers and the labourers, which actually is the most difficult job. In my view, if you are going to sell the independent house, it is only fair that you and your first younger brother equally divide 60% of the sales proceeds amongst yourselves, and your second youngest brother gets the remaining 40% of the sales proceeds for his efforts.
