pls help me how to trace birth certyificate of 1974 born in delhi.

Go to your Local Court and get an affidavit typed mentioning, that you have lost your birth certificate. Then get that affidavit attested and go to nagar palika office, submit that affidavit and request them to issue, a new one.
10th class certificate or mark sheet will also work as an birth certificate.
