Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Could someone plzz advuce me. i dont have much time. my dads plot will be auctioned by 8th July, 2013. My dad is the owner of the plot but some people who have never been the owners of that plot have taken loan on our plot few years ago fraudulently and the bank has illegaly helped them giving loan to someone with fake set of documents. What do we do? he plot is located in Bangalore, India.

You need to file a Writ in High Court and obtain an injunction.
