Dear Sir / Madam,
You can certainly go and complain against Police atrocities to the Dy. Superintendent of Police for immediate action to be initiated against the erring Police Officers and constables.
Regards,
You can initiate criminal legal action against such police men since their acts will amount to offences punishable under the provisions of indian penal code. But the injured/aggrieved person has to support your complaint. You may be an informant and upon your information The First Information Report may be registered against the said police officials.
