can a power of attorney be cancelled if yes then how and what is the procedure?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A Power of Attorney (POA) is overridden, becomes invalid and is rendered null and void, when the Issuer (person) who has issued the POA, himself / herself enters into agreements / contracts, endorses and validates business transactions and signs documents.
