Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
what is probate?if there is no will written by the concerned owner of the property ,now one the heir is trying to produce a will by some illegal methods to transfer the property in his name, in that case how can that will can be probate in the court is it possible to prove it as original wii in the court of law?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A Probate is an order issued by the Court to transfer the title of the property in the name of the beneficiary named in the Will. You should challenge the authenticity and genuineness of the Will, prior to the Probate being issued on the Will by the Court.
