what is the procedure for forming and registering apartment owners association in chennai I found that we need to draft memorandum and byelaws. Please elaborate on do we have any standard form or document for framing the memorandum.
Also, i need more details on where to register it.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can register the Association under the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and become a member of the Federation of Societies in Chennai.
