Property is belongs to my grand father. is it belongs to me?

No. Only the property you earn by yourself belongs to you.
The self acquired property of your grandfather, is his own and absolute property. Only, after his death, and if your grandfather has not made any will or gifted the property, then only it will pass over to your father and upon you as ancestral land and not otherwise.
