How can i know property and cash earned by my father completely in hands of my elder brother? my father is not alive and my mother is in favour of my brother.

If your father has not left a WILL, you may claim a share as Class-I legal heir. You may consult a local lawyer to pursue your legal remedies.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father has written a Will, the beneficiary named therein will be entitled to get his property transferred in the name of the beneficiary vide a Probate issued by the Court. In the absence of a Will, the property vests with your mother, prior to you or your brother having a claim thereon.
