Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
the property is in father's name. we are two brother sister. my father wants to transfer his right to my sister through will. Being a son i am not getting any share of the property. can i claim my right anyway?

Yes u can do so if the property is ancestrol property if it has been self acquired by ur father then you cannot do any thing for details mail me at [email protected]
