Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My property which contain a house(double story) was divided to me and my elder brother my our father. I got the ground floor and bro got the first floor. We want to sort out this problem and want our separate share wht shud we do

Since you and your brother have one storey each as equally divided by your father, I see no problem or dispute remaining to be resolved.
