Dear Client,
Ask your mother to file a suit for partition in the appropriate court having jurisdiction with tje details of properties such as survey nos. 4 boundaries of all properties, against your maternal uncle as defendant. Also file an application to attach all the properties against comiting waste and changing physical features. And also claim 50 percent share out of profits obtained by agriculture or rent etc since the death of your grandfather by another application. Do not talk a.word about the fact that your uncle has sold the property, since it is not bondimg on you. If you need any clarification please call me on 09387714156 any time.( Reasonable professional charges apply, payment by a/c transfer).
