i own a property self owned.
my age is 72
i have 1 son and two daughters both married
i wish to give my property to my wife but after my wife to my son
what should i do.
please give me an advise
also i own ancestral property which is not yet transfered to my name the property is divided into three divisions. me and my two brothers. the property is still in the name of my grandfather. but all taxes etc are being paid by me of my division and other brothers their taxes etc.
my division i wanted to give to my wife and then son
what should i do in this case

as for your self acquired property you can make a will and get it registered wherein you can mention your preference in the distribution. for the ancestral property your family will inherit to the extent of your share of 1/4 each. the daughters will also be entitled to the share unless they want to give up the share in favour of other share holder.for further query contact 9312411481.
