if the property is purchased by grand father and inherited by father on succession upon grand fathers death and father having sister ,mother wife and 5 children 2 grand children forms a HUF property or ancestral property and suppose he bequeaths entire property by way of will alone when father has grand children i.e great grand children for grand father who originally acquired it forms an ancestral property or a coparcenor property is the sale valid or invalid pl mail to [email protected] can a partition case be filed by grand children or great grand children after 26 years
