if a property has been sold .I want to case upon it. so in what time a case can be filed after registrey of sold property

Dear Sir / Madam,
Although the period of limitation is three years from the date of the contract, should there be any misdeeds in the sale proceedings, you may still choose to lodge a case despite the sale having already been registered, in order to bring the misdeeds to light.
