Dear Sir / Madam,
In case the summons and notices prior to the hearing of the matter in the Court have been properly served on the defendant, and if the defendant has persistently refrained from representing the matter, and the judgement has been passed by the Judge after hearing the plaintiff, an appeal thereafter by the defendant, will usually not be entertained by the Court.
