Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I was purchase flat doing agreement for sale.
Builder has done deed of apartment to 3/4 persons in our building out of 25 member. When we insisted to form a society , he refused for the same. Then we reach for society registration to sahakar karyalaya. But DDR says that first you cancel apartment deed through court. then only society can be registered.
Then we applied case for cancellation of apartment deed in court & is going on from last 2 years.
Now i have to sale flat , but i dont have other documents (apartment deed/ builder NOC) except agreement for sale. Builder refused to give NOC/ apartment deed.
How can i sale my flat without these documents ......... Can you guide me please.

you can file a suit for declaration and direction against the builder. But prior to that serve him with a legal notice demanding a NOC. For further query contact 9312411481.
