We purchase home in year 2005 and after 8 years seller say to us when i am sign in sale deed in subregistrar office then i am in pressure so in that background cancell a sale deed it's a valid ?

Be cool and do not engage in unnecessary / communications of any kind or talks by any means with him. in your case Sale became absolute since it was registered and 8 years has passed. So do not worry. Do not entertain him in any way.

You are the owner of the property and the seller cannot cancel the sale deed now.
