Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

I purchase 53 kanal property from my Chacha in same Khasra in which I already partner of 153 kanal. But my cousin claim haq e shufa. They are not partner of single marla in the same Khasra at time of I purchase 53 Kanal. But after 2 months they purchase 6 kanal property in same khasra without qabza from other party.

Are they have the right of Haq e Shufa?

dear first clear your question that cousin is the son of your which uncle,

second question dates of purchase of property is required.

if your cousin purchased after your deal then you are entitled for Shufa against him in same khasra.
