i had purchased flat in mumbai in sept 1985,from the builder i have lost my sale agreement but i have share certificate in my name from the society now i want to sell my flat what should i do ? please advice

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you have paid the Stamp Duty and registered the flat at the time of purchase in September, 1985, you will get a certified copy of the Sale Agreement from the Registrar's Office.
