Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i purchased a home from seller in year 2005 & given payment through morgage loan with bank of baroda to the seller.and done sale deed in the registrar office.in year 2013 seller tell us when i am doing signature in the sale deed then i m presurrised from my husband.we have all document on the address like election card,electricity bill,telephone bill,gas bill,ration card,water tax,corporation tax.so after 8 years seller can cancelled a sale deed??
