Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi, We Purchased the land with agreement and GPA. Latter during registration the party refused to register it in favor of us. So we filled the OS in the Court. The defendant didn't appear in front of the court. We got the decree and the defendant was ex-partied by the court. Court asked for execution. We paid the remaining amount to the court which had to be paid to the defendant. Latter we required the survey sketch for registration. During this the Survey number got changed with Hissa number along with it and due to the reduction of Karab land the area of theland agreed for sale was reduced. The court is refusing to give the judgment.

So can any one help me in this regards. Can any one give me some citation from supreme court in the same regards and do need full.

Dear Purshothama,

The Judge hearing the matter has to deliver the judgement and pass the Decree / Order, otherwise he / she infringes public duty, becoming liable for suspension / punishment.
