Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no such thing as "excess" land or "shortage" land. The law of the land is simple ... If you have the title of the land in your name, you are its lawful Owner, no matter how much the area. There is no limit on the quantum of land that a person can hold in any village, town, city and State of India.
Regards,
