Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I purchased a property bearing plot No.49 in khasra No.28/4 in which a plot No.48 is also in other names in the same khasra number, but now the owner of plot No.48 is claiming his ownership right in plot No.49 and he filed a suit for recovery of possession on the basis of notorized forged documents like as GPA Will etc. before Delhi High Court, but I have Registered Will and G.P.A. of plot No.49. I have not filed written statement till date. Please suggest me, what I can do.
