Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we r a shopping complex society, our society has displayed a name board of 20' x 6'without light in our own compound , but now the BMC has send a notice that it is illegal and they will penalised the society . it is to mention that our society is paying BMC commercial tax for our property than we dont understand how we r doing illegal display. please advice
