Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I was about to recieve payment from a party, they gave me 2 cheques out of which the first was returned due to insufficient funds then after few days he told me to club the total amount and re deposit the other cheque which came with a memo that Payment stopped by drawer now i had sent a legal notice which came back to me undelivered, please guide me with the line of action.

You may need to take appropriate action u/s 138 of N.I. Act by filing a complaint in local court. It may be better to engage a local lawyer for pursuing your case.
